²⁶ Seven days shall they make atonement for the altar and cleanse it and so consecrate it.

³⁴ as has been done today, the Lord has commanded to be done to make atonement for you.^(A)

²⁹ Moses said, “Today you have been ordained for the service of the Lord, each one at the cost of a son or a brother, and so have brought a blessing on yourselves this day.”

²⁴ and you shall place all these on the palms of Aaron and on the palms of his sons and raise them as an elevation offering before the Lord.^(A)
