37 The ^(A)hand of the Lord came upon me and brought me out ^(B)in the Spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones.

^22 (A)Then the hand of the Lord was upon me there, and He said to me, “Arise, go out ^(B)into the plain, and there I shall talk with you.”

²² Now ^(A)the hand of the Lord had been upon me the evening before the man came who had escaped. And He had ^(B)opened my mouth; so when he came to me in the morning, my mouth was opened, and I was no longer mute.

³ the word of the Lord came expressly to Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the ^[a]Chaldeans by the River Chebar; and ^(A)the hand of the Lord was upon him there.

³⁹ Now when they came up out of the water, ^(A)the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away, so that the eunuch saw him no more; and he went on his way rejoicing.

A New City, a New Temple

40 In the twenty-fifth year of our captivity, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after ^(A)the city was ^[a]captured, on the very same day ^(B)the hand of the Lord was upon me; and He took me there.
