^25 (A)Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you ^(B)from all your filthiness and from all your idols.

²² let us ^(A)draw near with a true heart ^(B)in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.

⁵ Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, ^(A)unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

^5 (A)not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through ^(B)the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, ^6 (C)whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior,

⁴ When ^(A)the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and purged the ^[a]blood of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning,

⁸ I will ^(A)cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will pardon all their iniquities by which they have sinned and by which they have transgressed against Me.

¹⁹ For when Moses had spoken every ^[a]precept to all the people according to the law, ^(A)he took the blood of calves and goats, ^(B)with water, scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people,

Idolatry Cut Off

13 “In that ^(A)day ^(B)a fountain shall be opened for the house of David and for the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for ^(C)uncleanness.

² “It shall be in that day,” says the Lord of hosts, “that I will ^(D)cut off the names of the idols from the land, and they shall no longer be remembered. I will also cause ^(E)the prophets and the unclean spirit to depart from the land.

^23 (A)They shall not defile themselves anymore with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but ^(B)I will deliver them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them. Then they shall be My people, and I will be their God.
