^22 (A)Now ^(B)the hand of the Lord had been upon me the evening before the fugitive came; and he had opened my mouth by the time the man came to me in the morning, so my mouth was opened, and I was no longer mute.

³ the word of the Lord came to Ezekiel ^(A)the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by ^(B)the Chebar canal, and ^(C)the hand of the Lord was upon him there.

²⁶ And I will make your tongue cling to the roof of your mouth, so that ^(A)you shall be mute and unable to reprove them, ^(B)for they are a rebellious house. ^27 (C)But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them, ^(D)‘Thus says the Lord God.’ ^(E)He who will hear, let him hear; and he who will refuse to hear, let him refuse, for they are a rebellious house.

The Valley of Dry Bones

37 ^(A)The hand of the Lord was upon me, and ^(B)he brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of the valley;^[a] it was full of bones.

^26 (A)on that day a fugitive will come to you to report to you the news. ²⁷ On that day your mouth ^(B)will be opened to the fugitive, and you shall speak and be no longer mute. ^(C)So you will be a sign to them, and ^(D)they will know that I am the Lord.”

^64 (A)And immediately his mouth was opened and his tongue ^(B)loosed, and he spoke, ^(C)blessing God.

Vision of the New Temple
