⁴ Then ^(A)I will leave you on the land;
I will cast you out on the open fields,
^(B)And cause to ^[a]settle on you all the birds of the heavens.
And with you I will fill the beasts of the whole earth.

⁵ I will leave you in the wilderness,
You and all the fish of your rivers;
You shall fall on the ^[a]open ^(A)field;
^(B)You shall not be picked up or ^[b]gathered.
^(C)I have given you as food
To the beasts of the field
And to the birds of the heavens.

⁶ They will be left together for the mountain birds of prey
And for the beasts of the earth;
The birds of prey will summer on them,
And all the beasts of the earth will winter on them.
