⁴ And he said to me, ^(A)“Son of man, go to the house of Israel and speak with my words to them.

⁸ But you will receive ^(A)power ^(B)when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and ^(C)you will be ^(D)my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and ^(E)Samaria, and ^(F)to the end of the earth.”

²⁴ He answered, ^(A)“I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”

Jesus Sends Out the Twelve Apostles

^5 (A)These twelve Jesus sent out, instructing them, “Go nowhere among the Gentiles and enter no town of ^(B)the Samaritans, ^6 (C)but go rather to ^(D)the lost sheep of ^(E)the house of Israel.

¹¹ And go to the exiles, ^(A)to your people, and speak to them and say to them, ^(B)‘Thus says the Lord God,’ ^(C)whether they hear or refuse to hear.”

⁷ And you shall speak my words to them, ^(A)whether they hear or refuse to hear, for they are a rebellious house.

³ And he said to me, “Son of man, I send you to the people of Israel, to ^(A)nations of rebels, who have rebelled against me. ^(B)They and their fathers have transgressed against me to this very day.
