¹⁰     those who oppose the Lord will be broken.^(A)
The Most High will thunder^(B) from heaven;
    the Lord will judge^(C) the ends of the earth.

“He will give strength^(D) to his king
    and exalt the horn^(E) of his anointed.”

⁷ Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing
    without revealing his plan^(A)
    to his servants the prophets.^(B)

⁸ The lion^(C) has roared^(D)—
    who will not fear?
The Sovereign Lord has spoken—
    who can but prophesy?^(E)

¹⁷ “Here I will make a horn^[a] grow^(A) for David
    and set up a lamp^(B) for my anointed one.^(C)

¹⁰ You have exalted my horn^[a](A) like that of a wild ox;^(B)
    fine oils^(C) have been poured on me.

⁶⁹ He has raised up a horn^[a](A) of salvation for us
    in the house of his servant David^(B)
