¹³ Further, thus says the Lord God: At the end of forty years I will gather the Egyptians from the peoples among whom they were scattered,^(A)

²⁶ I will hand them over to those who seek their life, to King Nebuchadrezzar of Babylon and his servants. Afterward Egypt shall be inhabited as in the days of old, says the Lord.^(A)

²² The Lord will strike Egypt, striking but healing, so that they will return to the Lord, and he will listen to their supplications and heal them.^(A)
