²⁰ mark out the road for the sword to come to Rabbah of the Ammonites or to Judah and to^[a] Jerusalem the fortified.^(A)

⁴ Because I will cut off from you both righteous and wicked, therefore my sword shall go out of its sheath against all flesh from south to north,

⁴⁶ Your big sister is Samaria, who lived with her daughters to the north of you; your little sister, who lived to the south of you, is Sodom with her daughters.^(A)
