²⁷ Also from the appearance of His waist and upward ^(A)I saw, as it were, the color of amber with the appearance of fire all around within it; and from the appearance of His waist and downward I saw, as it were, the appearance of fire with brightness all around.

⁴ Then I looked, and behold, ^(A)a whirlwind was coming ^(B)out of the north, a great cloud with raging fire engulfing itself; and brightness was all around it and radiating out of its midst like the color of amber, out of the midst of the fire.

^2 (A)Then I looked, and there was a likeness, like the appearance of fire—from the appearance of His waist and downward, fire; and from His waist and upward, like the appearance of brightness, ^(B)like the color of amber.

¹⁴ His head and ^(A)hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and ^(B)His eyes like a flame of fire; ^15 (C)His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and ^(D)His voice as the sound of many waters; ^16 (E)He had in His right hand seven stars, ^(F)out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, ^(G)and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength.

⁸ in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
