¹⁴ And the living creatures ^(A)darted to and fro, ^(B)like the appearance of a flash of lightning.

^27 (A)For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be ^(B)the coming of the Son of Man.

^10 (A)For whoever has despised the day of small things shall rejoice, and shall see ^(B)the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel.

^(C)“These seven ^(D)are the eyes of the Lord, ^(E)which range through the whole earth.”

^24 (A)For as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one side to the other, so will the Son of Man be ^(B)in his day.^[a]

²⁷ And then ^(A)he will send out the angels and ^(B)gather ^(C)his elect from ^(D)the four winds, from ^(E)the ends of the earth ^(F)to the ends of heaven.

³¹ And ^(A)he will send out his angels with a loud ^(B)trumpet call, and they will ^(C)gather ^(D)his elect from ^(E)the four winds, ^(F)from one end of heaven to the other.

²¹ while I was speaking in prayer, the man ^(A)Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the first, ^(B)came to me in swift flight at ^(C)the time of the evening sacrifice.

³ And behold, ^(A)the angel who talked with me came forward, and another angel came forward to meet him ⁴ and said to him, “Run, say to that young man, ^(B)‘Jerusalem shall be inhabited ^(C)as villages without walls, because of ^(D)the multitude of people and livestock in it.
