³ He ^(A)put out the form of a hand and took me by a lock of my head, and the Spirit lifted me up ^(B)between earth and heaven and ^(C)brought me in ^(D)visions of God to Jerusalem, ^(E)to the entrance of the gateway of the inner court that faces north, ^(F)where was the seat of the ^(G)image of jealousy, ^(H)which provokes to jealousy.

Judgment on Wicked Counselors

11 ^(A)The Spirit lifted me up and brought me to ^(B)the east gate of the house of the Lord, which faces east. And behold, at the entrance of the gateway there were ^(C)twenty-five men. And I saw among them Jaazaniah ^(D)the son of Azzur, and ^(E)Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.

¹¹ Therefore, ^(A)as I live, declares the Lord God, surely, ^(B)because you have defiled my sanctuary ^(C)with all your detestable things and with all your ^(D)abominations, ^(E)therefore I will withdraw.^{[a] (F)}My eye will not spare, and I will have no pity.
