⁶ And he said to me, ^(A)“Son of man, ^(B)have you seen this?”

Then he led me back to the bank of the river.

⁵ And the Lord said to me, ^(A)“Son of man, mark well, ^(B)see with your eyes, ^(C)and hear with your ears all that I shall tell you concerning ^(D)all the statutes of the temple of the Lord and all its laws. And mark well ^(E)the entrance to the temple and all the exits from the sanctuary.

⁴ And the man said to me, ^(A)“Son of man, ^(B)look with your eyes, and ^(C)hear with your ears, and set your heart upon all that I shall show you, for you were brought here in order that I might show it to you. ^(D)Declare all that you see to the house of Israel.”

² And he said to me, “What do you see?” I answered, “I see a flying ^(A)scroll. Its length is twenty cubits, and its width ten cubits.”^[a]

² And he said to me, “What do you see?” I said, “I see, and behold, ^(A)a lampstand all of gold, with a bowl on the top of it, and ^(B)seven lamps on it, with seven lips on each of the lamps that are on the top of it.
