Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the Lord are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.

Who is wise?(Q) Let them realize these things.
    Who is discerning? Let them understand.(R)
The ways of the Lord are right;(S)
    the righteous walk(T) in them,
    but the rebellious stumble in them.
