³¹ So I will pour out my wrath on them and consume them with my fiery anger,^(A) bringing down^(B) on their own heads all they have done, declares the Sovereign Lord.^(C)”

⁴³ “‘Because you did not remember^(A) the days of your youth but enraged me with all these things, I will surely bring down^(B) on your head what you have done, declares the Sovereign Lord. Did you not add lewdness to all your other detestable practices?^(C)

¹⁰ So I will not look on them with pity^(A) or spare them, but I will bring down on their own heads what they have done.^(B)”

⁸ But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil,^(A) there will be wrath and anger.^{(B) 9} There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil:^(C) first for the Jew, then for the Gentile;^(D)
