³⁷ I will take note of you as you pass under my rod,^(A) and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant.^(B)

¹³ In the towns of the hill^(A) country, of the western foothills and of the Negev,^(B) in the territory of Benjamin, in the villages around Jerusalem and in the towns of Judah, flocks will again pass under the hand^(C) of the one who counts them,’ says the Lord.

³² Every tithe of the herd and flock—every tenth animal that passes under the shepherd’s rod^(A)—will be holy to the Lord.

³² All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate^(A) the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.^{(B) 33} He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

⁵⁹ “‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will deal with you as you deserve, because you have despised my oath by breaking the covenant.^{(A) 60} Yet I will remember the covenant^(B) I made with you in the days of your youth,^(C) and I will establish an everlasting covenant^(D) with you.

¹⁷ “‘As for you, my flock, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will judge between one sheep and another, and between rams and goats.^(A)

²⁵ And I will bring the sword^(A) on you to avenge^(B) the breaking of the covenant. When you withdraw into your cities, I will send a plague^(C) among you, and you will be given into enemy hands.
