⁶ “And when I passed by you and saw you struggling in your own blood, I said to you in your blood, ‘Live!’ Yes, I said to you in your blood, ‘Live!’

⁴ But God, ^(A)who is rich in mercy, because of His ^(B)great love with which He loved us, ^5 (C)even when we were dead in trespasses, ^(D)made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

³ For ^(A)we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another. ⁴ But when ^(B)the kindness and the love of ^(C)God our Savior toward man appeared, ^5 (D)not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through ^(E)the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, ^6 (F)whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, ⁷ that having been justified by His grace ^(G)we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

²⁵ Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when ^(A)the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live.

^4 (A)‘You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how ^(B)I ^[a]bore you on eagles’ wings and brought you to Myself. ⁵ Now ^(C)therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and ^(D)keep My covenant, then ^(E)you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is ^(F)Mine. ⁶ And you shall be to Me a ^(G)kingdom of priests and a ^(H)holy nation.’ These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel.”
