¹⁵ and you shall anoint them just as you have anointed their father, so that they may serve as priests to Me; and their anointing will ^[a]qualify them for a ^(A)permanent priesthood throughout their generations.”

¹⁰ So you shall appoint Aaron and his sons that ^(A)they may ^[a]keep their priesthood, but ^(B)the ^[b]layman who comes near shall be put to death.”

⁷ But you and your sons with you shall ^(A)attend to your priesthood for everything that concerns the altar and inside the veil, and you are to perform service. I am giving you the priesthood as ^(B)a ^[a]service that is a gift, and ^(C)the ^[b]unauthorized person who comes near shall be put to death.”

¹³ and it shall be for him and for his ^[a]descendants after him, a covenant of a ^(A)permanent priesthood, because he was ^[b]jealous for his God and ^(B)made atonement for the sons of Israel.’”

^5 (A)For the Lord your God has chosen him and his sons from all your tribes, to ^(B)stand to serve in the name of the Lord always.
