Offerings for the Tabernacle^(A)

25 The Lord said to Moses,

² “Tell the Israelites to bring me an offering. You are to receive the offering for me from everyone whose heart prompts^(A) them to give.

⁶ olive oil^(A) for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense;^(B)

⁴ Moses said to the whole Israelite community, “This is what the Lord has commanded:

⁵ From what you have, take an offering for the Lord. Everyone who is willing is to bring to the Lord an offering of gold, silver and bronze;

⁸ olive oil^(A) for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense;

²⁷ The leaders^(A) brought onyx stones and other gems^(B) to be mounted on the ephod and breastpiece. ²⁸ They also brought spices and olive oil for the light and for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense.^{(C) 29} All the Israelite men and women who were willing^(D) brought to the Lord freewill offerings^(E) for all the work the Lord through Moses had commanded them to do.
