Exodus 18:25-27

25 (A)Moses chose able men out of all Israel and made them heads over the people, chiefs of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties, and of tens. 26 And (B)they judged the people at all times. Any hard case they brought to Moses, but any small matter they decided themselves. 27 Then Moses let his father-in-law depart, and (C)he went away to his own country.

25 He chose capable men from all Israel and made them leaders(A) of the people, officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens.(B) 26 They served as judges(C) for the people at all times. The difficult cases(D) they brought to Moses, but the simple ones they decided themselves.(E)
27 Then Moses sent his father-in-law on his way, and Jethro returned to his own country.(F)
