(A)At the blast of Your nostrils the waters were piled up,
(B)The flowing waters stood up like a heap;
The depths were congealed in the heart of the sea.
(C)The enemy said, ‘I will pursue, I will overtake, I will (D)divide the spoils;
[a]I shall [b]be satisfied against them;
I will draw my sword, my hand will [c]destroy them.’
10 (E)You blew with Your wind, the sea covered them;
(F)They sank like lead in the mighty waters.
11 (G)Who is like You among the gods, Lord?

(I)Awesome in praises, (J)working wonders?
12 (K)You reached out with Your right hand,
The earth swallowed them.
13 In Your [d]faithfulness You have (L)led the people whom You have (M)redeemed;
In Your strength You have guided them (N)to Your holy habitation.
14 (O)The peoples have heard, they tremble;
Anguish has gripped the inhabitants of Philistia.
15 Then the (P)chiefs of Edom were terrified;
(Q)The leaders of Moab, trembling grips them;
(R)All the inhabitants of Canaan have despaired.
16 (S)Terror and dread fall upon them;
(T)By the greatness of Your arm they are motionless as stone,
Until Your people pass over, Lord,
Until the people pass over whom You (U)have purchased.
17 (V)You will bring them and (W)plant them in (X)the mountain of Your inheritance,
(Y)The place, Lord, which You have made as Your dwelling,
(Z)The sanctuary, Lord, which Your hands have established.
18 (AA)The Lord shall reign forever and ever.”
