Exodus 15:13-18
New International Version
13 In your unfailing love you will lead(A)
the people you have redeemed.(B)
In your strength you will guide them
to your holy dwelling.(C)
14 The nations will hear and tremble;(D)
anguish(E) will grip the people of Philistia.(F)
15 The chiefs(G) of Edom(H) will be terrified,
the leaders of Moab will be seized with trembling,(I)
the people[a] of Canaan will melt(J) away;
16 terror(K) and dread will fall on them.
By the power of your arm
they will be as still as a stone(L)—
until your people pass by, Lord,
until the people you bought[b](M) pass by.(N)
17 You will bring(O) them in and plant(P) them
on the mountain(Q) of your inheritance—
the place, Lord, you made for your dwelling,(R)
the sanctuary,(S) Lord, your hands established.
18 “The Lord reigns
for ever and ever.”(T)

17 The chariots(A) of God are tens of thousands
and thousands of thousands;(B)
the Lord has come from Sinai into his sanctuary.[a]
18 When you ascended(C) on high,(D)
you took many captives;(E)
you received gifts from people,(F)
even from[b] the rebellious(G)—
that you,[c] Lord God, might dwell there.
19 Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior,(H)
who daily bears our burdens.(I)
20 Our God is a God who saves;(J)
from the Sovereign Lord comes escape from death.(K)
21 Surely God will crush the heads(L) of his enemies,
the hairy crowns of those who go on in their sins.
22 The Lord says, “I will bring them from Bashan;
I will bring them from the depths of the sea,(M)
23 that your feet may wade in the blood of your foes,(N)
while the tongues of your dogs(O) have their share.”
24 Your procession, God, has come into view,
the procession of my God and King into the sanctuary.(P)
