¹² And ^(A)I will go through the land of Egypt on that night and will strike down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and ^(B)against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments—^(C)I am Yahweh.

¹² And ^[a]I shall set fire to the houses of the ^(A)gods of Egypt, and he will burn them and take them captive. So he will ^(B)wrap himself with the land of Egypt as a shepherd wraps himself with his garment, and he will depart from there safely. ¹³ He will also shatter the ^[b]sacred pillars of ^[c]Heliopolis, which is in the land of Egypt; and the houses of the gods of Egypt he will burn with fire.”’”

¹³ ‘Thus says Lord Yahweh,

¹¹ Yahweh will be ^(A)fearsome to them, for He will ^[a]starve ^(B)all the gods of the earth; and all the ^(C)coastlands of the nations will ^(D)bow down to Him, everyone from his own place.
