34 And when Pharaoh saw that the rain, the hail, and the thunder had ceased, he sinned yet more; and he hardened his heart, he and his servants. 35 So (A)the heart of Pharaoh was hard; neither would he let the children of Israel go, as the Lord had spoken by Moses.

34 When Pharaoh saw that the rain and hail and thunder had stopped, he sinned again: He and his officials hardened their hearts. 35 So Pharaoh’s heart(A) was hard and he would not let the Israelites go, just as the Lord had said through Moses.
