²⁸ and the turban of fine linen, and the headdresses of the ^[a]caps of fine linen, and the linen undergarments of fine twisted linen,

^20 (A)headdresses, ankle chains, sashes, perfume boxes, enchanted charms,

¹⁷ Groan silently; make ^(A)no mourning for the dead. Bind on your headdress and put your shoes on your feet and do not cover your mustache and ^(B)do not eat the bread of men.”

²³ And your headdresses will be on your heads and your shoes on your feet. You ^(A)will not mourn, and you will not weep, but ^(B)you will rot away in your iniquities, and you will groan ^[a]to one another.

¹⁸ Linen ^(A)headdresses shall be on their heads, and ^(B)linen undergarments shall be on their loins; they shall not gird themselves with anything which makes them sweat.
