Exodus 3:12-14
Living Bible
12 Then God told him, “I will certainly be with you, and this is the proof that I am the one who is sending you: When you have led the people out of Egypt, you shall worship God here upon this mountain!”
13 But Moses asked, “If I go to the people of Israel and tell them that their fathers’ God has sent me, they will ask, ‘Which God are you talking about?’ What shall I tell them?”
14 “‘The Sovereign God,’”[a] was the reply. “Just say, ‘I Am has sent me!’

New International Version
12 And God said, “I will be with you.(A) And this will be the sign(B) to you that it is I who have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you[a] will worship God on this mountain.(C)”
13 Moses said to God, “Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’(D) Then what shall I tell them?”
14 God said to Moses, “I am who I am.[b] This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I am(E) has sent me to you.’”
