38 It shall be on Aaron's forehead, and Aaron shall (A)bear any guilt from the holy things that the people of Israel consecrate as their holy gifts. It shall regularly be on his forehead, that they may be accepted before the Lord.

39 “You shall weave the coat in chequerwork of fine linen, and you shall make a turban of fine linen, and you shall make a sash embroidered with needlework.

40 (B)“For Aaron's sons you shall make coats and sashes and caps. You shall make them (C)for glory and beauty.

38 It will be on Aaron’s forehead, and he will bear the guilt(A) involved in the sacred gifts the Israelites consecrate, whatever their gifts may be. It will be on Aaron’s forehead continually so that they will be acceptable(B) to the Lord.

39 “Weave the tunic(C) of fine linen and make the turban(D) of fine linen. The sash is to be the work of an embroiderer. 40 Make tunics, sashes and caps for Aaron’s sons(E) to give them dignity and honor.(F)
