^16 (A)So it happened on the third day, when it was morning, that there were ^[a]thunder and lightning flashes and a ^[b]thick cloud upon the mountain and a very loud trumpet sound, so that all the people who were in the camp trembled.

⁴ If those of you who are banished are at the ends of the sky, ^(A)from there Yahweh your God will gather you, and from there He will take you back.

¹³ And it will be in that day, that a great ^(A)trumpet will be blown, and those who were perishing in the land of ^(B)Assyria and who were banished in the land of Egypt will come and ^(C)worship Yahweh in the holy mountain at Jerusalem.

⁵² in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For ^(A)the trumpet will sound, and ^(B)the dead will be raised incorruptible, and ^(C)we will be changed.

¹⁶ For the Lord ^(A)Himself ^(B)will descend from heaven with a ^[a](C)shout, with the voice of ^(D)the archangel and with the ^(E)trumpet of God, and ^(F)the dead in Christ will rise first.

¹⁹ and to the ^(A)blast of a trumpet and the ^(B)sound of words which was such that those who heard ^(C)begged that no further word be spoken to them.

² Then I saw ^(A)the seven angels who stand before God, and seven ^(B)trumpets were given to them.

The Seventh Trumpet

¹⁵ Then the ^(A)seventh angel sounded, and there were ^(B)loud voices in heaven, saying,

“^(C)The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of ^(D)His ^[a]Christ, and ^(E)He will reign forever and ever.”
