³and her two sons.^(A) One son was named Gershom,^[a] for Moses said, “I have become a foreigner in a foreign land”;^(B)

²²She gave birth to a son, and he named him Gershom [foreigner there], for he said, “I have been a foreigner in a foreign land.”

²²Zipporah gave birth to a son, and Moses named him Gershom,^[a]^(A) saying, “I have become a foreigner^(B) in a foreign land.”
