9 And Moses said to Joshua, “Choose us some men and go out, fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with (A)the rod of God in my hand.” 10 So Joshua did as Moses said to him, and fought with Amalek. And Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.

9 Moses said to Joshua,(A) “Choose some of our men and go out to fight the Amalekites. Tomorrow I will stand on top of the hill with the staff(B) of God in my hands.”

10 So Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses had ordered, and Moses, Aaron and Hur(C) went to the top of the hill.
