¹⁴ Then Yahweh said to Moses, “^(A)Write this in ^[a]a book as a memorial and ^[b]recite it in Joshua’s hearing, ^[c]that ^(B)I will utterly blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.”

²⁷ Then Yahweh said to Moses, “^(A)Write ^[a]down these words, for in accordance with these words I have cut ^(B)a covenant with you and with Israel.”

⁹ So Moses wrote this law and gave it to the priests, the sons of Levi ^(A)who carried the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, and to all the elders of Israel.
