² The Lord is my strength and my might,^[a]
    and he has become my salvation;
this is my God, and I will praise him;
    my father’s God, and I will exalt him.^(A)

⁵ Lead me in your truth and teach me,
    for you are the God of my salvation;
    for you I wait all day long.^(A)

¹⁶⁶ I hope for your salvation, O Lord,
    and I fulfill your commandments.^(A)

¹⁷⁴ I long for your salvation, O Lord,
    and your law is my delight.

⁹ It will be said on that day,
    “See, this is our God; we have waited for him, so that he might save us.
    This is the Lord for whom we have waited;
    let us be glad and rejoice in his salvation.”^(A)

⁷ But as for me, I will look to the Lord;
    I will wait for the God of my salvation;
    my God will hear me.^(A)
