^21 (A)Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and Yahweh ^[a]swept the sea back by a strong east wind all night and made the sea into ^(B)dry ground, so ^(C)the waters were split. ^22 (D)So the sons of Israel ^[b]went through the midst of the sea on the dry land, and ^(E)the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.

¹⁴ And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him and struck the waters and said, “Where is Yahweh, the God of Elijah?” Indeed, he himself also ^(A)struck the waters, and they were divided here and there! And Elisha crossed over.
