Exodus 14:19-22
Holman Christian Standard Bible
19 Then the Angel of God,(A) who was going in front of the Israelite forces, moved and went behind them. The pillar of cloud moved from in front of them and stood behind them.(B) 20 It came between the Egyptian and Israelite forces. The cloud was there in the darkness, yet it lit up the night.[a] So neither group came near the other all night long.
21 Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea. The Lord drove the sea back with a powerful east wind all that night and turned the sea into dry land. So the waters were divided,(C) 22 and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with the waters like a wall to them on their right and their left.(D)

Isaiah 63:11-14
Holman Christian Standard Bible
11 Then He[a] remembered the days of the past,
the days of Moses and his people.
Where is He who brought them out of the sea
with the shepherds[b] of His flock?
Where is He who put His Holy Spirit among the flock?
12 He sent His glorious arm
to be at Moses’ right hand,
divided the waters before them(A)
to obtain eternal fame for Himself,
13 and led them through the depths
like a horse in the wilderness,
so that they did not stumble.
14 Like cattle that go down into the valley,
the Spirit of the Lord gave them[c] rest.
You led Your people this way
to make a glorious name for Yourself.

to gain for himself everlasting renown,(F)
