15 The Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to me? Tell the people of Israel to go forward. 16 (C)Lift up your staff, and (D)stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, that the people of Israel may go through the sea on dry ground.

15 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me?(C) Tell the Israelites to move on. 16 Raise your staff(D) and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water(E) so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground.
