9 This observance will be a reminder, like something tied on your hand or on your forehead; it will remind you to continue to recite and study the Law of the Lord, because the Lord brought you out of Egypt by his great power. 10 Celebrate this festival at the appointed time each year.

9 This observance will be for you like a sign on your hand(A) and a reminder on your forehead(B) that this law of the Lord is to be on your lips. For the Lord brought you out of Egypt with his mighty hand.(C) 10 You must keep this ordinance(D) at the appointed time(E) year after year.
