Ordinance of the Passover

^42 (A)It is a night ^[a]to be observed for the Lord for having brought them out from the land of Egypt; this night is for the Lord, ^[b]to be observed ^[c]by all the sons of Israel throughout their generations.

^3 (A)You shall not eat leavened bread with it; seven days you shall eat with it unleavened bread, the bread of affliction (for you came out of the land of Egypt in haste), so that you may remember ^(B)all the days of your life the day when you came out of the land of Egypt.
