Les offrandes
25 L’Eternel dit à Moïse: 2 «Ordonne aux Israélites de m'apporter une offrande. Vous la recevrez pour moi de tout homme qui la fera de bon cœur. 3 Voici ce que vous recevrez d'eux en offrande: de l'or, de l'argent et du bronze; 4 des étoffes teintes en bleu, en pourpre, en cramoisi, du fin lin et du poil de chèvre; 5 des peaux de béliers teintes en rouge et des peaux de dauphins; du bois d'acacia; 6 de l'huile pour le chandelier, des aromates pour l'huile d'onction et pour le parfum odoriférant; 7 des pierres d'onyx et d'autres pierres pour la garniture de l'éphod et du pectoral. 8 Ils me feront un sanctuaire et j'habiterai au milieu d'eux. 9 Vous ferez ce tabernacle[a] et tous ses ustensiles d'après le modèle que je vais te montrer.
L'arche de l'alliance
10 »Ils feront un coffre en bois d'acacia. Sa longueur sera de 125 centimètres, sa largeur et sa hauteur de 75 centimètres. 11 Tu le couvriras d'or pur, à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur, et tu lui feras une bordure d'or tout autour. 12 Tu fondras pour lui 4 anneaux en or et tu les mettras à ses 4 coins, 2 d'un côté et 2 de l'autre. 13 Tu feras des barres en bois d'acacia, que tu couvriras d'or. 14 Tu passeras les barres dans les anneaux sur les côtés du coffre, pour qu'elles servent à son transport. 15 Les barres resteront dans les anneaux du coffre et n'en seront pas retirées. 16 Tu mettras dans cette arche le témoignage[b] que je te donnerai. 17 Tu feras un couvercle en or pur. Sa longueur sera de 125 centimètres, et sa largeur de 75 centimètres. 18 Tu feras 2 chérubins en or, en or battu, aux 2 extrémités de ce propitiatoire[c]. 19 Fais un chérubin à l'une des extrémités et un chérubin à l'autre extrémité. Vous les ferez sortir du propitiatoire à ses deux extrémités. 20 Les chérubins étendront les ailes par-dessus le propitiatoire, ils le couvriront de leurs ailes et se feront face l'un à l'autre; ils auront le visage tourné vers ce couvercle. 21 Tu mettras le propitiatoire sur le coffre et tu mettras dans cette arche le témoignage que je te donnerai. 22 C'est là que je te rencontrerai; du haut du propitiatoire, entre les deux chérubins placés sur l'arche du témoignage, je te donnerai tous mes ordres pour les Israélites.
La table des pains consacrés
23 »Tu feras une table en bois d'acacia. Sa longueur sera d’un mètre, sa largeur de 50 centimètres et sa hauteur de 75 centimètres. 24 Tu la couvriras d'or pur et tu lui feras une bordure d'or tout autour. 25 Tu feras tout autour un cadre de 8 centimètres de large sur lequel tu mettras une bordure d'or, tout autour. 26 Tu feras 4 anneaux en or pour la table et tu les mettras aux 4 coins, à ses 4 pieds. 27 Les anneaux seront situés près du cadre et recevront les barres destinées au transport de la table. 28 Tu feras ces barres en bois d'acacia et tu les couvriras d'or. Elles serviront à porter la table. 29 Tu feras ses plats, ses coupes, ses gobelets et ses tasses destinés aux offrandes de produits liquides. Tu les feras en or pur. 30 Tu mettras constamment les pains consacrés sur la table devant moi.
Le chandelier en or
31 »Tu feras un chandelier en or pur. Ce chandelier sera fait d'or battu; son pied, sa tige, ses coupes, ses pommes et ses fleurs seront d'une seule pièce. 32 Il y aura 6 branches qui sortiront de ses côtés, 3 branches du chandelier de l'un des côtés et 3 de l'autre. 33 Il y aura sur une branche 3 coupes en forme d'amande, avec pommes et fleurs, et sur une autre branche 3 coupes en forme d'amande, avec pommes et fleurs; il en ira de même pour les 6 branches sortant du chandelier. 34 Sur la tige du chandelier seront fixées 4 coupes en forme d'amande, avec leurs pommes et leurs fleurs. 35 Il y aura une pomme sous 2 des branches qui sortent de la tige du chandelier, une pomme sous 2 autres branches et une pomme sous 2 autres branches; il en ira de même pour les 6 branches sortant du chandelier. 36 Les pommes et les branches du chandelier seront d'une seule pièce. Il sera tout entier en or battu, en or pur. 37 Tu feras ses 7 lampes. Elles seront placées sur le chandelier de manière à éclairer en face. 38 Ses mouchettes et ses vases à cendre seront en or pur. 39 On emploiera 30 kilos d'or pur pour faire le chandelier avec tous ses ustensiles. 40 *Regarde et fais tout d'après le modèle qui t'est montré sur la montagne.[d]

Offerings for the Tabernacle(A)
25 The Lord said to Moses, 2 “Tell the Israelites to bring me an offering. You are to receive the offering for me from everyone whose heart prompts(B) them to give. 3 These are the offerings you are to receive from them: gold, silver and bronze; 4 blue, purple and scarlet yarn(C) and fine linen; goat hair; 5 ram skins dyed red and another type of durable leather[a];(D) acacia wood;(E) 6 olive oil(F) for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense;(G) 7 and onyx stones and other gems to be mounted on the ephod(H) and breastpiece.(I)
8 “Then have them make a sanctuary(J) for me, and I will dwell(K) among them. 9 Make this tabernacle and all its furnishings exactly like the pattern(L) I will show you.
The Ark(M)
10 “Have them make an ark[b](N) of acacia wood—two and a half cubits long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high.[c] 11 Overlay(O) it with pure gold, both inside and out, and make a gold molding around it. 12 Cast four gold rings for it and fasten them to its four feet, with two rings(P) on one side and two rings on the other. 13 Then make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold.(Q) 14 Insert the poles(R) into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry it. 15 The poles are to remain in the rings of this ark; they are not to be removed.(S) 16 Then put in the ark the tablets of the covenant law,(T) which I will give you.
17 “Make an atonement cover(U) of pure gold—two and a half cubits long and a cubit and a half wide. 18 And make two cherubim(V) out of hammered gold at the ends of the cover. 19 Make one cherub on one end and the second cherub on the other; make the cherubim of one piece with the cover, at the two ends. 20 The cherubim(W) are to have their wings spread upward, overshadowing(X) the cover with them. The cherubim are to face each other, looking toward the cover. 21 Place the cover on top of the ark(Y) and put in the ark the tablets of the covenant law(Z) that I will give you. 22 There, above the cover between the two cherubim(AA) that are over the ark of the covenant law, I will meet(AB) with you and give you all my commands for the Israelites.(AC)
The Table(AD)
23 “Make a table(AE) of acacia wood—two cubits long, a cubit wide and a cubit and a half high.[d] 24 Overlay it with pure gold and make a gold molding around it. 25 Also make around it a rim a handbreadth[e] wide and put a gold molding on the rim. 26 Make four gold rings for the table and fasten them to the four corners, where the four legs are. 27 The rings are to be close to the rim to hold the poles used in carrying the table. 28 Make the poles of acacia wood, overlay them with gold(AF) and carry the table with them. 29 And make its plates and dishes of pure gold, as well as its pitchers and bowls for the pouring out of offerings.(AG) 30 Put the bread of the Presence(AH) on this table to be before me at all times.
The Lampstand(AI)
31 “Make a lampstand(AJ) of pure gold. Hammer out its base and shaft, and make its flowerlike cups, buds and blossoms of one piece with them. 32 Six branches are to extend from the sides of the lampstand—three on one side and three on the other. 33 Three cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms are to be on one branch, three on the next branch, and the same for all six branches extending from the lampstand. 34 And on the lampstand there are to be four cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms. 35 One bud shall be under the first pair of branches extending from the lampstand, a second bud under the second pair, and a third bud under the third pair—six branches in all. 36 The buds and branches shall all be of one piece with the lampstand, hammered out of pure gold.(AK)
37 “Then make its seven lamps(AL) and set them up on it so that they light the space in front of it. 38 Its wick trimmers and trays(AM) are to be of pure gold. 39 A talent[f] of pure gold is to be used for the lampstand and all these accessories. 40 See that you make them according to the pattern(AN) shown you on the mountain.

Contributions for the Sanctuary
25 The Lord said to Moses, 2 (A)“Speak to the people of Israel, that they take for me a contribution. From (B)every man whose heart moves him you shall receive the contribution for me. 3 And this is the contribution that you shall receive from them: gold, silver, and bronze, 4 (C)blue and purple and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen, goats' hair, 5 tanned (D)rams' skins, goatskins,[a] acacia wood, 6 (E)oil for the lamps, (F)spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense, 7 onyx stones, and stones for setting, for the (G)ephod and for the breastpiece. 8 And let them make me a (H)sanctuary, that (I)I may dwell in their midst. 9 (J)Exactly as I show you concerning the pattern of the (K)tabernacle, and of all its furniture, so you shall make it.
The Ark of the Covenant
10 (L)“They shall make an ark of acacia wood. Two cubits[b] and a half shall be its length, a cubit and a half its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height. 11 You shall overlay it with (M)pure gold, inside and outside shall you overlay it, and you shall make on it a molding of gold around it. 12 You shall cast four rings of gold for it and put them on its (N)four feet, two rings on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side of it. 13 You shall make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold. 14 And you shall put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry the ark by them. 15 The (O)poles shall remain in the rings of the ark; they shall not be taken from it. 16 (P)And you shall put into the ark the (Q)testimony that I shall give you.
17 (R)“You shall make a mercy seat[c] of pure gold. Two cubits and a half shall be its length, and a cubit and a half its breadth. 18 And you shall make two cherubim of gold; of (S)hammered work shall you make them, on the two ends of the mercy seat. 19 Make one cherub on the one end, and one cherub on the other end. (T)Of one piece with the mercy seat shall you make the cherubim on its two ends. 20 (U)The cherubim shall spread out their wings above, overshadowing the mercy seat with their wings, their faces one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubim be. 21 And you shall put the mercy seat on the top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the testimony that I shall give you. 22 (V)There I will meet with you, and from above the mercy seat, from (W)between the two cherubim that are on the ark of the testimony, I will speak with you about all that I will give you in commandment for the people of Israel.
The Table for Bread
23 (X)“You shall make a table of acacia wood. Two cubits shall be its length, a cubit its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height. 24 You shall overlay it with (Y)pure gold and make a molding of gold around it. 25 And you shall make a rim around it a handbreadth[d] wide, and a molding of gold around the rim. 26 And you shall make for it four rings of gold, and fasten the rings to the four corners at its four legs. 27 Close to the frame the rings shall lie, as (Z)holders for the poles to carry the table. 28 You shall make the poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with gold, and the table shall be carried with these. 29 And you shall make its plates and (AA)dishes for incense, and its flagons and bowls with which to pour drink offerings; you shall make them of pure gold. 30 And you shall set the (AB)bread of the Presence on the table before me regularly.
The Golden Lampstand
31 (AC)“You shall make a lampstand of pure gold. The lampstand shall be made of hammered work: its base, its stem, its cups, its calyxes, and its flowers shall be of one piece with it. 32 And there shall be six branches going out of its sides, three branches of the lampstand out of one side of it and three branches of the lampstand out of the other side of it; 33 three cups made like almond blossoms, each with calyx and flower, on one branch, and three cups made like almond blossoms, each with calyx and flower, on the other branch—so for the six branches going out of the lampstand. 34 And on the lampstand itself there shall be four cups made like almond blossoms, with their calyxes and flowers, 35 and a calyx of one piece with it under each pair of the six branches going out from the lampstand. 36 Their calyxes and their branches shall be of one piece with it, the whole of it a single piece of hammered work of pure gold. 37 You shall make seven lamps for it. And the lamps (AD)shall be set up so as (AE)to give light on the space in front of it. 38 Its tongs and their trays shall be of pure gold. 39 It shall be made, with all these utensils, out of a talent[e] of pure gold. 40 And (AF)see that you make them after the pattern for them, which is being shown you on the mountain.
