¹⁴And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes.

¹⁵And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: come not at your wives.

¹⁴After Moses had gone down the mountain to the people, he consecrated them, and they washed their clothes.^(A) ¹⁵Then he said to the people, “Prepare yourselves for the third day. Abstain^(B) from sexual relations.”
