¹³ and put on Aaron the sacred vestments, and you shall anoint him and consecrate him, so that he may serve me as priest.^(A)

⁴¹ You shall put them on your brother Aaron and on his sons with him and shall anoint them and ordain them and consecrate them, so that they may serve me as priests.^(A)

²⁷ As for you, the anointing that you received from him abides in you, so you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, abide in him.^[a](A)

²⁰ But you have been anointed by the Holy One, and all of you have knowledge.^[a](A)

²⁹ How much worse punishment do you think will be deserved by those who have spurned the Son of God, profaned the blood of the covenant by which they were sanctified, and outraged the Spirit of grace?^(A)

¹⁰ And it is by God’s will^[a] that we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.^(A)

¹⁹ And for their sakes I sanctify myself, so that they also may be sanctified in truth.

³⁴ He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure.^(A)
