¹⁶ And you shall take the atonement money of the children of Israel, and ^(A)shall ^[a]appoint it for the service of the tabernacle of meeting, that it may be ^(B)a memorial for the children of Israel before the Lord, to make atonement for yourselves.”

³² Also we made ordinances for ourselves, to exact from ourselves yearly ^(A)one-third of a shekel for the service of the house of our God: ³³ for ^(B)the showbread, for the regular grain offering, for the ^(C)regular burnt offering of the Sabbaths, the New Moons, and the set feasts; for the holy things, for the sin offerings to make atonement for Israel, and all the work of the house of our God.

⁴⁰ to be a ^[a]memorial to the children of Israel ^(A)that no outsider, who is not a descendant of Aaron, should come near to offer incense before the Lord, that he might not become like Korah and his companions, just as the Lord had said to him through Moses.

²⁵ And the silver from those who were ^(A)numbered of the congregation was one hundred talents and one thousand seven hundred and seventy-five shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary: ^26 (B)a bekah for ^[a]each man (that is, half a shekel, according to the shekel of the sanctuary), for everyone included in the numbering from twenty years old and above, for ^(C)six hundred and three thousand, five hundred and fifty men. ²⁷ And from the hundred talents of silver were cast ^(D)the sockets of the sanctuary and the bases of the veil: one hundred sockets from the hundred talents, one talent for each socket. ²⁸ Then from the one thousand seven hundred and seventy-five shekels he made hooks for the pillars, overlaid their capitals, and ^(E)made bands for them.

²⁹ The offering of bronze was seventy talents and two thousand four hundred shekels. ³⁰ And with it he made the sockets for the door of the tabernacle of meeting, the bronze altar, the bronze grating for it, and all the utensils for the altar, ³¹ the sockets for the court all around, the bases for the court gate, all the pegs for the tabernacle, and all the pegs for the court all around.

¹⁴ ‘So this day shall be to you ^(A)a memorial; and you shall keep it as a ^(B)feast to the Lord throughout your generations. You shall keep it as a feast ^(C)by an everlasting ordinance.

^19 (A)And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My ^(B)body which is given for you; ^(C)do this in remembrance of Me.”
