¹¹ But Moses said to God, ^(A)“Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?”

¹⁸ So David said to Saul, ^(A)“Who am I, and what is my life or my father’s family in Israel, that I should be son-in-law to the king?”

^5 (A)Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but ^(B)our sufficiency is from God,

¹² And Moses spoke before the Lord, saying, “The children of Israel have not heeded me. How then shall Pharaoh heed me, for ^(A)I am ^[a]of uncircumcised lips?”

⁶ Then said I:

^16 (A)To the one we are the aroma of death leading to death, and to the other the aroma of life leading to life. And ^(B)who is sufficient for these things?

⁵ So I said:

⁶ Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from ^(B)the altar. ⁷ And he ^(C)touched my mouth with it, and said:

⁸ Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying:

Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”

^9 (A)Therefore give to Your servant an ^[a]understanding heart ^(B)to judge Your people, that I may ^(C)discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?”

⁷ Now, O Lord my God, You have made Your servant king instead of my father David, but I am a ^(A)little child; I do not know how ^(B)to go out or come in.
