¹⁰ “Bring the bull to the front of the tent of meeting, and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands on its head.^(A)

¹⁴ He then presented the bull^(A) for the sin offering,^(B) and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head.^(C)

⁴ You are to lay your hand on the head^(A) of the burnt offering,^(B) and it will be accepted^(C) on your behalf to make atonement^(D) for you.

¹⁵ “Take one of the rams,^(A) and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands on its head.^(B)

²¹ God made him who had no sin^(A) to be sin^[a] for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.^(B)

²¹ He is to lay both hands on the head of the live goat^(A) and confess^(B) over it all the wickedness and rebellion of the Israelites—all their sins—and put them on the goat’s head. He shall send the goat away into the wilderness in the care of someone appointed for the task.
