¹⁶ Now ^(A)the glory of the Lord rested on Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days. And on the seventh day He called to Moses out of the midst of the cloud.

¹⁰ Now it came to pass, as Aaron spoke to the whole congregation of the children of Israel, that they looked toward the wilderness, and behold, the glory of the Lord ^(A)appeared in the cloud.

⁴² Now it happened, when the congregation had gathered against Moses and Aaron, that they turned toward the tabernacle of meeting; and suddenly ^(A)the cloud covered it, and the glory of the Lord appeared.

^28 (A)Like the appearance of a rainbow in a cloud on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the brightness all around it. ^(B)This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord.

Ezekiel Sent to Rebellious Israel

So when I saw it, ^(C)I fell on my face, and I heard a voice of One speaking.

^10 (A)And all the congregation said to stone them with stones. Now ^(B)the glory of the Lord appeared in the tabernacle of meeting before all the children of Israel.

²³ And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of meeting, and came out and blessed the people. Then the glory of the Lord appeared to all the people,

^10 (A)I was in the Spirit on ^(B)the Lord’s Day, and I heard behind me ^(C)a loud voice, as of a trumpet,

⁶ For it is the God ^(A)who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has ^(B)shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

¹⁷ The sight of the glory of the Lord was like ^(A)a consuming fire on the top of the mountain in the eyes of the children of Israel.
