¹² But Moses’ hands became ^[a]heavy; so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. And Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

²⁵ Brethren, pray for us.

^18 (A)praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, ^(B)being watchful to this end with all perseverance and ^(C)supplication for all the saints—

¹¹ you also ^(A)helping together in prayer for us, that thanks may be given by many persons on ^[a]our behalf ^(B)for the gift granted to us through many.

³⁷ Then He came and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “Simon, are you sleeping? Could you not watch one hour? ^38 (A)Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. ^(B)The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

³⁹ Again He went away and prayed, and spoke the same words. ⁴⁰ And when He returned, He found them asleep again, for their eyes were heavy; and they did not know what to answer Him.

^6 (A)But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
