¹⁰ But you blew with your breath,^(A)
    and the sea covered them.
They sank like lead
    in the mighty waters.^(B)

¹⁵ The Lord will dry up^(A)
    the gulf of the Egyptian sea;
with a scorching wind^(B) he will sweep his hand^(C)
    over the Euphrates River.^(D)
He will break it up into seven streams
    so that anyone can cross over in sandals.^(E)

⁵ The deep waters^(A) have covered them;
    they sank to the depths like a stone.^(B)

¹³ He who forms the mountains,^(A)
    who creates the wind,^(B)
    and who reveals his thoughts^(C) to mankind,
who turns dawn to darkness,
    and treads on the heights of the earth^(D)—
    the Lord God Almighty is his name.^(E)

¹³ When he thunders,^(A) the waters in the heavens roar;
    he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth.
He sends lightning^(B) with the rain^(C)
    and brings out the wind from his storehouses.^(D)

¹⁸ He sends his word^(A) and melts them;
    he stirs up his breezes,^(B) and the waters flow.
