¹⁸ So God ^(A)led the people around by way of the wilderness of the Red Sea. And the children of Israel went up in orderly ranks out of the land of Egypt.

⁶ They departed from ^(A)Succoth and camped at Etham, which is on the edge of the wilderness. ^7 (B)They moved from Etham and turned back to Pi Hahiroth, which is east of Baal Zephon; and they camped near Migdol. ⁸ They departed ^[a]from before Hahiroth and ^(C)passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, went three days’ journey in the Wilderness of Etham, and camped at Marah.

² “Speak to the children of Israel, ^(A)that they turn and camp before ^(B)Pi Hahiroth, between ^(C)Migdol and the sea, opposite Baal Zephon; you shall camp before it by the sea.

^51 (A)And it came to pass, on that very same day, that the Lord brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt ^(B)according to their armies.
