25 Eleazar, Aaron's son, took as his wife one of the daughters of Putiel, and (A)she bore him Phinehas. These are the heads of the fathers' houses of the Levites by their clans.

7 When Phinehas(A) son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, the priest, saw this, he left the assembly, took a spear(B) in his hand 8 and followed the Israelite into the tent. He drove the spear into both of them, right through the Israelite man and into the woman’s stomach.
