²⁸ And they shall bind the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, so that it may lie on the skillfully woven band of the ephod, so that the breastpiece shall not come loose from the ephod.

³⁸ “Speak to the people of Israel, and tell them to ^(A)make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a cord of blue on the tassel of each corner.

^30 (A)They made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote on it an inscription, like the engraving of a signet, “Holy to the Lord.” ³¹ And they tied to it a cord of blue to fasten it on the turban above, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

³⁷ And you shall fasten it on the turban by a cord of blue. It shall be on the front of the turban.
