⁹Do not eat the meat raw or boiled in water, but roast it over a fire—with the head, legs and internal organs.^(A)

⁹Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof.

²⁸Everyone ought to examine themselves^(A) before they eat of the bread and drink from the cup.

²⁸But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.

²⁹For those who eat and drink without discerning the body of Christ eat and drink judgment on themselves.

²⁹For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
